Job summary

Inter Miami CF is offering a paid, part-time Number 10 Internship in Operations for the 2027 Sprint Season. The role supports daily stadium and training facility operations, events, and guest services. You’ll gain hands-on experience through cross-functional projects, flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, and collaboration across the club.

Start Jan 11, 2027 and end Jun 4, 2027. Applicants should be pursuing or recently completed studies in Sports Management or a related field,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or related field.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and in various settings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Passion for fútbol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown.
• Assist with team operational requests or needs.
• Assist with facility upkeep.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Participate in periodic facility walk-throughs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary

Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Operations support the daily activities required to operate, maintain and service the stadium, training facility and events.

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown.
• Assist with any team operational requests or needs.
• Assist with facility upkeep
• Work flexible and varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in periodic facility walk throughs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Self-starter who is able to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently and within a team
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and in various settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior operations, events, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• Passion for fútbol is a plus
