Job summary

Inter Miami CF is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our stadium shops and pop-ups at Nu Stadium. On game days, you’ll deliver a world-class fan experience while helping fans find apparel and memorabilia.

You’ll engage customers with enthusiasm, share knowledge about the club, operate POS systems, and keep the store organized and inviting for every match. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and all applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work 6–8 hour shifts on match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis; no visa sponsorship needed.

Requirements

• Must be available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work approximately 6-to-8-hour shifts on Inter Miami CF match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.
