Inter Miami CF LLC is seeking a Manager for Fan Strategy & Experience to enhance engagement with our supporter community, La Familia. This role is pivotal in orchestrating game day operations, ticketing, and the matchday environment, ensuring a memorable experience for our dedicated fans.

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in sports administration and has a strong grasp of the Club's culture and values. Bilingual skills and experience in event planning and collaboration are highly valued. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of MLS and international fútbol is a plus.
• Extremely organized with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the club and its official supporter groups.
• Oversee supporter group operations on game days.
• Coordinate with visiting teams to support traveling fans.
