You will coordinate event setups and help guide part‑time staff to deliver exceptional results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in sport management or a related field.
• Prior stadium/event operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑starter who can multi‑task and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation, setup, and breakdown for all Nu Stadium events.
• Maintain and track inventory of event and operations equipment.
• Support and help lead part‑time stadium staff on event and non‑event days.
• Serve as setup lead for select events to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Assist with general facility upkeep to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
