Inter Miami CF is seeking a Part-Time Operations Crew to support the Facilities and Operations Department at the Fort Lauderdale Training Facility. The role involves event set-up, execution, teardown, changeovers and daily tasks to ensure smooth operations around the venue.

The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs and to walk for extended periods, with hours based on event schedules. Candidates with game operations or facility management exposure are preferred, and a pre-employment

Formación

Past employment or internship experience in game operations or facility management preferred.
Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
Possess strong attention to detail.
Must be able to perform manual labor duties and tasks.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.

Responsabilidades

Participate in the execution of stadium and training facility events & games, including set-up and post-event breakdown.
Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization around the facility.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 50+lbs and walk for extended periods of time.
