Inter Miami CF is seeking a Coordinator, Operations (Academy) to join the Operations team. This full-time role supports world-class operations and facilities, including setup, event coordination, and ongoing maintenance to meet high professional standards.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected to support academy matches and events at the venue.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities / Event Management, Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Ability or willingness to learn how to operate necessary equipment/software to complete required tasks.
• Availability for academy matches and other events throughout the season (primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Event/operations management in sports & entertainment venues preferred.
• Very strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all academy operational aspects: set-up, breakdown, scheduling, communication, event coordination, maintenance.
• Manage department equipment inventory and ensure materials availability.
• Create SOPs, checklists, and training manuals for oversight areas.
• Prepare event recap notes and documentation.
• Support IMCF II matches in the stadium as the POC for the venue.
• Execute other projects as assigned.
