Job summary

Legends Global in Los Angeles seeks a Merchandise Operations Assistant to support at SoFi Stadium. You will help manage inventory, assist in achieving company goals with a focus on customer service, and help optimize revenues and guest experiences.

The role requires teamwork, strong guest service skills, English fluency, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; flexibility to work events including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years merchandise experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team, move fast, and complete duties.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work all events, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, friendly, and excellent guest services skills.
• Fluent in English; able to lift and carry 10–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all merchandise operations and fulfill company goals with a customer service emphasis.
• Perform inventory and maintain proper inventory levels at SoFi Stadium.
• Supervise assigned personnel and provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure proper POS procedures in a cashless venue.
• Develop programs to increase customer satisfaction and improve displays to attract customers.
• Maintain product and service quality and anticipate customer needs.
