Job summary

Legends Global, located on-site at SoFi Stadium in California, is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead daily concession operations. You will manage budgets, staff, and quality control to deliver excellent service and safety compliance in a high-volume venue.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of management experience in concessions or sports/entertainment venues, with strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent benefits are offered with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years management experience in high-volume foodservice, preferably concessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and vision in managing staff and major projects or initiatives.
• Customer service oriented with professional communication to employees, vendors, clients, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day concession operations and profitably run the unit.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
• Control labor and operating costs within budget; ensure accurate financial reporting.
