Legends is seeking a Steward Supervisor for SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. This part-time role oversees stewarding staff on event days, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in high-volume kitchens, flexible hours, and strong communication skills to manage teams during busy events. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen area.
• Available for long flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewarding staff.
• Oversee cleaning and storage of wares in the restaurant and equipment.
• Execute stewarding and dish duties.
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Direct the cleaning of all areas including walls and floors.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Maintain confidentiality of food and beverage operations.
