Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador for Soldier Field in Chicago. You will greet guests, answer questions about the venue and events, and provide high-quality service to ensure a welcoming experience during concerts, games, and other events.

This on-site role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, and the ability to work in loud, indoor/outdoor settings while assisting guests with information and directions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others to support events.
• Comfortable navigating a crowded, loud venue and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Provide information about Soldier Field, transportation, ADA, concessions, restrooms, seating areas and more.
• Learn Soldier Field layout and history to better assist guests.
• Assist guests with needs and questions, especially during peak times.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Relay information to supervisor and other teams as needed during events.
