Summary

The Guest Experience Ambassador is a Part‑Time, Non‑Exempt position reporting to the Guest Experience Manager. The Ambassador creates a friendly, welcoming environment and consistently provides exceptional service to all guests during Chicago Bears, Chicago Fire FC, concerts, and other events at Soldier Field.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Gather and maintain the requisite equipment for each event.
• Familiarize yourself with the layout and history of Soldier Field.
• Provide general information to guests about Soldier Field, transportation, ADA, concessions, restrooms, seating areas, and more.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Inform guests of Soldier Field etiquette, policies, and procedures during major events.
• Assist guests with needs and questions during high‑traffic times.
• Mantain knowledge of Soldier Field programs and events to better serve guests.
• Relay information to supervisors throughout events.
• Utilize briefing reports to ensure proper communication with guests and supervisors.
• Observe guests and anticipate their needs during events.
• Assist in directing guests, answering questions, and relaying messages when unsure how to best assist.
• Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable in large crowds; can tolerate frequent loud noise levels.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors; may be exposed to all weather conditions.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other stadium teams.
• Ability to memorize the layout of Soldier Field (seating sections, restrooms, gates, codes, etc.).
• Ability to remain in your position for an entire shift.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the facility.
