Job summary

KC Current is hiring a part-time Guest Service Ambassador to create exceptional hospitality at our stadium and training facility events. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help ensure a safe, memorable experience for fans and Team Members.

The role is event-driven, requiring availability for most major events, including matches, with nights and weekends typical. You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and represent KC Current with pride.

Qualifications

• Part-time, event-based role with 0–29 hours per week.
• Must be available for approximately 80% of major events at CPKC Stadium.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and travel up/down stairs during events.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and evenings.
• Must pass a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Seating Host responsibilities in seating bowl aisles and access points.
• Premium Seating Host duties in clubs and suites, including entry control.
• Gates and Guest Service Host tasks, including ticket validation and guest assistance.
