Job summary

ASM Global-SMG is seeking an Experience Ambassador for their venues, including the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This role involves serving as a key contact during events, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Extensive building knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to work all major events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact during the event door opening process.
• Resolve any front of house issues that require management presence.
• Maintain communication with the Event Coordinator during events.
• Attend pre-event briefing and note any changes.
