Job summary

Legends Global in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Culture Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. This role leads planning, execution, and continuous improvement of employee culture, engagement, and recognition programs at State Farm Stadium.

You will oversee Welcome Center, Reward Center, and Meal programs, coordinate training logistics, and partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver engaging experiences for stadium staff.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Guest Services or customer services relations preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and e-mail communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives for stadium employees.
• Create and maintain program calendars, timelines, communication plans, and execution strategies.
• Plan and lead employee activities, events, meetings, and other culture-focused experiences.
• Collect and analyze employee experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Create reports, presentations, and recommendations based on employee experience data for leadership.
• Oversee daily operations of Welcome Center and Reward Center.
• Coordinate training logistics, including rooms, technology, and materials.
