Job summary

Legends Global in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a Culture Coordinator to drive employee culture, engagement, and experience initiatives. You will coordinate programs, lead ambassadors, and partner with internal teams and vendors to optimize the employee journey.

Responsibilities include managing Welcome/Reward Centers, event planning, and producing communications that reflect Legends Global brand across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Guest Services or customer services relations preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and e-mail communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of ABI or other timekeeping system strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Develop program calendars, timelines, and communications.
• Plan and lead employee activities, events, meetings, and trainings.
• Collect and analyze employee experience data and report findings.
• Oversee Welcome Center and Reward Center operations.
• Manage Employee Experience Ambassadors and vendor partnerships.
