Job summary

Tepper Sports & Entertainment is hiring a Conversion Technician to support stadium operations, performing event setups and daily tasks across departments. You will lead conversions, coordinate with the IATSE Steward, and assist with mailroom and loading dock activities while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Able to work overnights, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversions including field LEDs, concert flooring, and gate sets.
• Collaborate with IATSE Steward across multiple groups.
• Set/strike private and public events with furnishings and equipment.
• Configure building for events following SOPs.
