Tepper Sports & Entertainment is hiring a Conversion Technician to support stadium operations, performing event setups and daily tasks across departments. You will lead conversions, coordinate with the IATSE Steward, and assist with mailroom and loading dock activities while ensuring safety and efficiency.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid HS diploma is required.

Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)
The Conversions Technician supports stadium operations by executing event setups, strikes, and daily operational tasks across multiple departments. This role works closely with the IATSE Steward and various internal teams to complete conversion projects, set up private and public events, and support daily facility needs. Responsibilities include leading conversions such as field LEDs, concert flooring, and gate sets; assisting with mailroom and loading dock functions; organizing FF&E; and conducting building checks with Maintenance before events. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
