Job summary

The Carolina Panthers are seeking a Conversion Technician to support stadium operations by executing event setups, strikes, and daily tasks across multiple departments. You will work with the IATSE Steward and internal teams to complete conversion projects, including field LEDs, flooring, and gate sets.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced, loud stadium environment, including overnights, weekends, and holidays;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related work experience preferred.
• Able to work overnight hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays; pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversions including field LEDs, concert flooring, and gate sets.
• Work with IATSE Steward and multiple groups on projects.
• Set up/strike private and public events with furnishings and equipment.
• Configure building per standard operating procedures for each event.
• Assist with mailroom, loading dock, and FF&E organization; support Maintenance checks.
