Job summary

St. Louis CITY SC is seeking a Coordinator, Event Conversion to support the Event Operations Team at Energizer Park.

The role focuses on executing conversions, setups, and changes for match days and events, while managing resources and enforcing safety and policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field (preferred), demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to lead multiple tasks with independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute conversions, setups, and changeovers for match days and event days.
• Assist in implementing standard operating procedures for event conversions.
• Ensure facility rules and procedures are followed during setup and conversions.
• Support in overseeing events and match day setups throughout the venue.
• Coordinate daily activities of conversion staff and report issues to management.
• Assist with training and onboarding of part-time staff; serve as Manager on Duty.
