Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Culinary Supervisor for the New Highmark Stadium project in Orchard Park, NY. The role reports to the Executive and Executive Sous Chefs and coordinates daily kitchen operations as opening in the 2026 NFL season approaches.

You will lead a team to meet high standards, ensure food safety and quality, and support staff through opening, service, and closing procedures, including inventory and maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications

• English reading, speaking and writing ability.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Follows Executive Chef and Sous Chefs' assignments for opening/closing and food prep.
• Leads a team with respect and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Maintains HACCP standards and high quality of food and service.
• Ensures proper storage, rotation, and cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Performs inventory and supports as a team member to deliver consistent results.

Education

Culinary training or high-volume dining experience
