Levy is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead hourly teams across Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center Arena, driving warm hospitality and top-quality service. You will supervise event operations, train staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to optimize margins while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in food & beverage operations, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of computer literacy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food & beverage operations role
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly team to deliver warm hospitality and high-quality food experiences at events
• Recruit and train team members on Levy standards and procedures
• Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed
• Collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain margins and product quality
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with other departments for requisitions, promotions, and safety procedures
• Manage scheduling, payroll verification, and gratuities
• Support with recruitment for team members and training processes
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols and signage
