Job summary

International Paper in Waxahachie, TX, seeks a warehouse/machine operator to support stacker and baler operations. You will read orders, remove non-conforming materials, monitor the stacker, and lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining clean work areas and following safety rules.

The role requires English fluency, measuring skills, and prior warehouse or manufacturing experience. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth and safety training.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler.
• Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
• Stable and verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

• Feedback quality concerns to control room or wet-end operators.
• Remove non-conforming materials from stacker.
• Remove scheduled side trim for baler.
• Monitor stacker process, preventing jams or errors.
• Count and stack finished product.
• Read orders.

• Feedback quality concerns to control room or wet-end operators

• Remove scheduled side trim for baler
• Monitor stacker process, preventing jams or errors
• Place splice waste, etc., in scrap carts
• Insert tie sheets for multiple outs
• Set optimization mode for required orders
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor
• Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
• Operator must follow all company safety rules/procedures
• Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas clean and free of debris
• Operator may be required to lift up 50lbs during shift.
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading orders
