Job summary

International Paper is seeking a General Labor role in Bell, CA. The position includes reading orders, counting and stacking finished products, and performing routine quality checks on gauges and equipment.

You will also assist with machine cleanup tasks and maintain safety and organization on the production floor. Responsibilities include completing quality and administrative documents, following directions, and supporting various stages of the manufacturing process across multiple shifts.

The Job You Will Perform
  • Counting and stacking finished product
  • Reading factory orders
  • Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
  • Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
  • This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
