Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Customer service skills including attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to use NIMS or related software is preferred.
• Demonstrates commitment to Excellence in Client Service.
• Good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample accession tasks: opening, entering, labeling, tracking, shipping and disposition of stability samples.
• Coordinate sample movement to/from stability chambers.
• Enter stability studies into Laboratory Information System (NIMS) with high accuracy.
• Understand regulations for stability studies (GLP, GMP, ISO).
• Coordinate chamber activities: installation, monitoring, maintenance, logbooks.
