Job summary

Eurofins Food Chemistry Madison is growing and we’re looking for amazing team members to join our ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in Madison, WI. This role focuses on sample accession tasks and coordination of stability studies, with exposure to NIMS and related systems.

You will ensure regulatory compliance (GLP/GMP/ISO), manage chamber activities, and assist with client inquiries and stability protocols while collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Customer service skills including: attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and communication skills.
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications and proficient at the department specific software used (NIMS) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (related science field is preferred). Experience may be substituted for education.
• Knowledge of chamber operation and basic understanding of supporting operational systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs any combination of sample accession tasks including: opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping and disposition of stability samples.
• Responsible for the coordination of sample movement to and from stability chambers.
• Ability to enter detailed stability studies into all of the appropriate Laboratory Information System(NIMS), both Food and Dietary Supplements with high degree of accuracy.
• Understanding of any regulations required for the accurate execution stability studies (GLP, GMP and ISO).
• Coordinates and/or handles all chamber related activities including installation/operational qualification, monitoring, environmental data review, alarm response, maintenance, chamber repairs, and logbook accuracy.
• Informs Study Director and/or management of any problems and/or deviations that may affect the integrity of the study and recommends corrective action.
