Qualifications

• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Proficiency with electronic databases and computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing search, case management and stabilization services to Veterans and families enrolled in the Shallow Subsidy service.
• Work with landlords and property managers to secure rental assistance and housing options.
• Travel within the greater Boston area to placements and assessments.
• Collaborate with NECHV, HUD/VASH, local Housing Authorities and partner programs.
• Develop Individual Service Plans and housing retention goals with Veterans.
