Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in hardware product development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams in a matrix organization.
• On-site lab/prototype environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware, firmware, power electronics, mechanical, test, and supply chain teams to meet SST milestones.
• Build and maintain an integrated project schedule with milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path.
• Track procurement, long‑lead items, and vendor deliveries; mitigate supply chain risks early.
• Coordinate ECOs and configuration control through Arena PLM.
• Manage build schedules for prototype and demo units including lab scheduling and kitting.
• Support vendor coordination including PO tracking and on-site support.
