Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or related technical product experience, shipping complex hardware or hardware/software systems.
• Direct experience with power electronics, energy storage, or grid-connected equipment.
• Experience selling into data centers, utilities, or large industrial customers; RFQ experience.
• Familiarity with standards bodies (UL/IEC/IEEE) and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong business acumen with capability to defend a business case to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own SST product strategy and roadmap across power, control, communications, and serviceability.
• Lead voice of customer and partner efforts with hyperscalers, data centers, and channel partners.
• Define and prioritize requirements for modular power modules and skid-level systems.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align requirements with architecture decisions.
• Own the business case, build-cost tracking, margins, and total cost of ownership.
• Drive certification and standards roadmap in partnership with compliance and systems engineering.
