Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in renewable energy or related tech.
• Strong scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across teams and vendors.
• Experience with procurement, supplier management, and large cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive internal engineering and NPI projects across the IQ SST platform from concept to production readiness.
• Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed, integrated project schedules with milestones and reviews.
• Coordinate with Procurement on sourcing and vendor deliveries; resolve schedule risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance.
• Drive status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates with clear trade-offs and recovery plans.
