Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager driving complex, high-value projects in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Experience with project planning, baseline schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing suppliers and vendors through execution, tracking commitments, and reporting performance.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget with clear status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive internal engineering and NPI projects across the IQ SST platform through concept to production readiness.
• Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed, integrated project schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, and Compliance.
• Provide crisp project status, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Identify, track, and drive resolution of project risks and blockers.
• Champion process improvements and tooling, including AI and automation.
