• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project/program management in hardware product development.
• Experience coordinating procurement, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in a matrix organization.
• On-site lab/prototype environment experience.
• Track record delivering complex technical projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day coordination across hardware, firmware, power electronics, mechanical, test, and supply chain teams to meet SST deliverable milestones.
• Coordinate engineering teams to build prototype SST products.
• Build and maintain an integrated project schedule with milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path.
• Track procurement, long-lead items, and vendor deliveries; mitigate supply chain risks.
• Coordinate ECOs and configuration control through Arena PLM.
• Manage build schedules for prototype and demo units including material kitting and lab readiness.
• Support vendor coordination including PO tracking, delivery follow-up, and on-site support.
