Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the IQ SST program in Austin, TX. You will plan, drive, and track internal engineering and NPI projects, ensuring timely progress through gates with cross-functional teams in procurement, manufacturing, and quality.

You will own schedules, risks, and status updates for senior leadership. You will coordinate design reviews, phase-gate events, and build strong vendor partnerships, focusing on on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 8+ years leading complex, high-value projects in energy or related tech.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive internal engineering and NPI projects across the IQ SST platform from concept to production readiness.
• Develop and maintain detailed integrated project schedules covering milestones and reviews.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing plans and manage supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance.
• Lead team meetings, design reviews, phase-gate events, and status reporting dashboards.
• Provide clear progress updates and recovery plans to executives and stakeholders.
• Roll project plans into the larger program schedule and improve PM processes.
• Champion process improvements and AI/automation to lower team overhead.
