Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager for IQ SST Product Development in Arlington, TX. You will lead a high‑stakes hardware/software program from engineering validation through New Product Introduction and high‑volume manufacturing, aligning Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to deliver on time, at cost, and with quality.

You’ll drive cross‑functional planning, supplier qualification, and line readiness while communicating risks and trade‑offs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex hardware/software products from development through volume manufacturing.
• Experience bridging Engineering and Operations/Procurement — translating between design and sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of hardware development lifecycles, embedded systems/firmware, and product introduction.
• Experience with supply chain and BOM cost management for high‑volume hardware.
• Familiarity with compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements in power electronics / data center infra.
• Exceptional executive communication, dashboards, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program execution for IQ SST from design to volume ramp, on schedule and within budget.
• Bridge Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to translate requirements into sourcing and production plans.
• Build and maintain the integrated program schedule across milestones, lead times, tooling, and ramp.
• Drive component sourcing strategy and supplier qualification for a high‑volume BOM.
• Plan pilot and production line readiness, including line balancing and capacity planning.
• Identify and drive resolution of cross‑functional risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular program status and executive updates, surfacing trade‑offs and decisions.
• Facilitate design reviews and change management to keep teams aligned.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements are integrated from the outset.
• Champion process improvements and tooling to scale program execution.
• Drive productive uses of AI to reduce overhead.
