Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Temp to coordinate engineering, supply chain, test, and operations for a critical 3-month SST execution window in Austin, TX. This onsite role requires hands-on leadership across multiple engineering disciplines and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of project/program management in hardware product development.
Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day coordination across hardware, firmware, power electronics, mechanical, test, and supply chain teams to meet SST deliverable milestones.
Coordinate engineering teams to build prototype SST products.
Build and maintain an integrated project schedule with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path.
Track procurement, long-lead items, and vendor deliveries; escalate supply chain risks before they become blockers.
Coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs) and configuration control through Arena PLM.
Manage build schedules for prototype and demo units — material kitting, lab scheduling, and build readiness.
Support vendor coordination including PO tracking, delivery follow-up, and on-site supplier support.
