The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Admin Support on Unit at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA. Salary: $31,636.80 - $37,065.60 Job Grade C _- E

Job Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of clerical support functions for the Unit.
• Conducts clerical research, gathering and compiling information using a variety of resources to prepare, assemble or generate reports
• Receive, screen and direct telephone communications and greet or assist internal or external customers
• Operates office equipment and maintains supplies
• Provides general clerical support to the unit to include such tasks as data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents and materials, maintaining record-keeping and filing systems, etc.

Qualifications

• 1. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• 2. Ability to maintain routine clerical records
• 3. Ability to maintain and update filing, inventory and mailing system
