This position supports the Nurse Managers on the Units with administrative functions. This position is significant contribution to the daily operations. The Program Associate collaborate with Tx Team to make sure that all individuals attend the program are registered for classes at the mall. The Program Associate provide customer service relation for our individuals, hospital wide staff and external visitors of the hospital that come to the mall. In addition, the Program Associate is the office manager with include responsibilities of ordering supplies and timekeeper for our staff.
