Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at the LaSalle Nuclear Power Station in Marseilles, IL. The program trains you to supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room after NRC licensing.

Primary duties include training through ILT, completing all phases to qualify as SRO, and providing coverage for outage activities and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One of: Reactor Operator license; 1–1.5 years in a comparable role; engineering degree with relevant experience; SRO instructor cert.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical/exams as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on‑the‑job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities and provide coverage as directed by management.
