Remote is seeking a Team Leader for its SRE team to drive reliability across Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL, and CI infrastructure. You will balance hands-on work with leadership, shaping the career growth of reports and steering team focus toward company goals.

You will set direction with credibility, manage incident response, and help mature the reliability practice while balancing operational load with project delivery on a global, async, fully remote org.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an SRE/infrastructure team.
• Strong Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
• Hands-on AI infrastructure and observability.
• Familiarity with incident response and SRE practices.
• Experience in regulated environments.
