Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to guide a small to mid-size SRE team. You will mentor engineers, own hiring, and drive reliability across cloud-native platforms.

In this remote role based in the United States, you will optimize Kubernetes deployments, implement robust CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and champion automation, observability, and blameless post-incident culture to deliver scalable, secure services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SRE/DevOps teams and incident response.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise including cluster design and hardening.
• Proven ability to automate and optimize cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and cost optimization.
• Skilled in building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium SRE team with 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and staffing decisions.
• Set team goals, backlog priorities, and plan sprints.
• Champion blameless post-incident culture and cross-team collaboration.
• Drive reliability initiatives across cloud infrastructure and services.
• Oversee incident response and RCAs, ensure timely post-mortems.
• Foster automation and self-healing systems to reduce toil.
• Support scalable, secure cloud-native environments.
