Job summary

PNC, a leading financial services provider, seeks a Systems Reliability and Support Specialist in its IT Hub network to monitor, maintain, and secure critical systems. You will manage incidents, drive patching and upgrades, and analyze root causes to prevent recurrence.

Applicants should have 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with hands-on work in Windows and Linux environments and exposure to Dynatrace, SQL/ETL, and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards.
• Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades.
• Incident detection, resolution and/or escalation; root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitors system availability, performance and capacity against baselines.
