Job summary

PNC is seeking a System Reliability and Support Specialist to monitor, maintain and support complex systems across multiple in‑house environments. This on‑site role emphasizes production stability and incident response in a 24/7 context.

Based in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Cleveland, Birmingham, Phoenix, or Denver, the position requires coordination with on‑call rotations every 3–4 weeks after training and offers a clear path for escalating issues while upholding technology standards.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university/college degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
• Detect, resolve and/or escalate incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and report trends.
• Lead governance activities such as attestations, continuity testing, and responding to audits.
