Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years in IT service management, production support, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of production incidents, including RCAs and mitigations.
• Enhance monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks for reliability.
• Drive automation via IaC, CI/CD, and self-healing systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, infra, and product teams on issues.
• Act as Incident Commander during major outages and mentor staff.
