Synechron is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability and performance of our banking platforms. You will implement automation, monitor systems, and drive resilient services in collaboration with development teams.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps role.
- Strong understanding of banking systems or financial services preferred.
- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure automation.
- Proficient in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, automate, and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure for banking apps.
- Monitor health, performance, and security; ensure high availability and incident response.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy resilient services.
- Root cause analysis on outages and preventative measures.
- Manage capacity planning, DR, and backup strategies for continuity.
- Maintain security and compliance standards for banking sector.
- Create documentation for systems and processes.
- Drive automation to reduce manual interventions.
