Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading teams in high-availability, enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring, cloud/infrastructure platforms, and automation.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases: Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra; knowledge of Elasticsearch, Redis, MQ, Kafka is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer-centric service improvements and implement proactive reliability practices.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and enhance monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Promote a blameless culture of continuous learning and reduce operational toil through automation.
• Lead end-to-end incident management and remediation for major incidents; communicate with stakeholders during incidents.
• Provide technical leadership in production support; guide troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, databases, middleware, and integrations.
• Drive root cause analysis for major incidents and push permanent fixes and runbooks.
