Robotics Technologies LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to apply software engineering to IT operations and cloud infrastructure, keeping large-scale applications fast, reliable, and scalable.

You will own incident response, automation, monitoring, and capacity planning, bridging dev and ops to deploy features safely in production. A strong focus on SLOs/SLIs/SLAs and observability will help ensure uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Experience automating operations with code/scripts.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logs, traces, and observability.
• Understanding of SLO/SLI/SLA and error budgets.

Responsabilités

• Handle production alerts and troubleshoot outages.
• Write automation scripts to reduce toil.
• Monitor system health using metrics, logs, and traces.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy safely.
