• Gather and analyze system metrics for performance tuning and fault resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability through testing and automation.

Skills

Proficiency in Agile methodologies

Experience with ServiceNow and incident management

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace

Knowledge of MongoDB

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++

Experience with distributed storage technologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5-6 years of relevant experience
