Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and scale cloud- native infrastructure across AWS and Azure. You will lead Kubernetes/Docker orchestration, build robust IaC pipelines, and drive incident response and continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes strong automation, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaC.
• Proficient in container orchestration and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Excellent collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Designed, implemented, and maintained highly available, scalable, and reliable infrastructure across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Led SRE initiatives to improve system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implemented and managed Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and orchestration for microservices.
• Developed and maintained IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Designed and optimized CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Established SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to measure and improve reliability.
• Implemented monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Automated provisioning, deployments, and incident response with Python and Shell scripting.
• Led production incident management, RCA, troubleshooting, and problem management.
• Designed high-availability, DR, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Improved application performance via capacity planning and load testing.
• Implemented centralized logging and distributed tracing for observability.
• Collaborated with development, DevOps, security, and architecture teams in Agile.
• Mentored junior engineers and led architecture reviews.
