Job summary

Talenzaa seeks an experienced Workday Integration Specialist in the United States to design, build, and maintain complex Workday integrations, dashboards, and reports. You will partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Legal to translate business needs into robust integration solutions.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating across stakeholders while advancing data analytics for HR and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with Workday Integrations required
• Core expertise in Workday Integrations and related tools
• Proficient with EIB, CCW, PECI, and PICOF
• Experience with cloud Connect and web services
• Strong XML and XSLT transformation skills
• Hands-on reporting and dashboard development in Workday
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and collaborate with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, dashboards, reports and apps
• Test and troubleshoot Workday integration solutions
• Collaborate with finance, HR, accounting, payroll, and legal to define requirements
• Contribute to data and analytics strategy for HR
• Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems
• Produce and maintain HP delivery collateral and knowledge base
• Prioritize and manage multiple integration projects in a fast-paced environment
