HEAT is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations across HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking. You will implement outbound payroll data integrations, automate document imports, and manage tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Strong knowledge of PECI, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio is essential. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow, reliable interfaces, and production readiness.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and ADP Third-Party Payroll systems.
2 Configure and maintain payroll outbound integrations using PECI, Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs.
3 Analyze, map, transform, and validate data across Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Payroll
4 Develop migration strategies, conversion templates, data validation scripts, and reconciliation reports
5 Support mock conversions, cutover planning, and production deployment activities
6 Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services APIs
7 Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely resolution of production issues
8 Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
