Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with 8+ years of Workday integration experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise HR integrations and advanced reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP, JSON, SFTP/MFT, certificate management, reporting, and RaaS. US Payroll experience is preferred. This is a senior role located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday integration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Studio experience.
• 2+ years of PECI experience, preferably supporting US Payroll.
• Experience with Workday Core Connectors and EIB.
• Experience with XML/XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP, SFTP/MFT.
• Knowledge of certificate management and encryption.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and RaaS.
• Familiarity with complex calculated fields, security, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and PECI.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces for US payroll providers with scheduling and error handling.
• Manage end-to-end data flows for Core HCM, Time/Absence, and Benefits.
• Develop integrations supporting eligibility, enrollment, and life-event processes.
• Build Recruiting and Talent integrations and reporting solutions.
• Develop RaaS, custom reports, and composite reports with performance tuning.
• Implement secure data transfers and token-based authentication.
• Follow SDLC and promote across environments from sandbox to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and PECI.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces for US payroll providers, including scheduling, retries, monitoring, and error handling.
• Manage end‑to‑end data flows for Core HCM, Time/Absence, and Benefits.
• Develop integrations supporting eligibility, enrollment, and life‑event processes.
• Build Recruiting and Talent integrations and reporting solutions.
• Develop RaaS, custom reports, calculated fields, matrix reports, and composite reports.
• Design robust error handling, monitoring, alerting, and operational controls.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Implement secure data transfers using SFTP/MFT, certificates, encryption, and token‑based authentication.
• Optimize Workday reports for performance and data quality.
• Ensure integrations comply with HR data privacy and security requirements.
• Follow SDLC practices including version control, peer reviews, CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Manage changes and promotions across Workday environments from sandbox through production.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration deliverables.
• Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and production handoffs.
• Collaborate with HRIT, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, InfoSec, and Enterprise Engineering teams.
